I only pay for Apple, and Spotify lets me build playlist without a subscription it seems. Both of them have terrible interfaces, so I went with Apple, simply because I’m a person with both a Mac and an iPhone. It seemed to make sense. From what I’ve found through building playlists with both is that they seem to have similar libraries, so content isn’t really a deciding factor.
